The Justice-Kohlsdorf residence is a custom-built home in Sandy Springs. The homeowners selected Cablik Enterprises to build their home after viewing other custom-built homes constructed by Cablik Enterprises’ Dwell Modern division. The home will be constructed using modern architectural styles.

Consistent with our commitment to sustainability, this residence will be built to meet Earthcraft standards. Earthcraft is a residential green building program of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association in partnership with Southface. This program serves as a blueprint for energy- and resource -efficient homes. We plan to seek the Platinum level of certification.

The Lewin residence is a custom-built home in the Buckhead neighborhood in Atlanta, Georgia. The home will consist of modern architectural styles, and is a redevelopment of the Lewin’s existing home on the site.

This home will be constructed to Earthcraft building standards, and will also pursue LEED certification. The LEED certification will provide third-party verification of the home’s sustainable qualities, including proximity to local resources, responsible use of water and energy, and sustainable materials.
