His team's customer service is impeccable. The few times I ever had a concern, Alan and his team resolved any issue to my satisfaction. For example, about 1 year past the builder's warranty period, I noticed that some of my cabinets were chipping. Alan was checking in with me to see how things were; I mentioned the cabinets chipping. He immediately remedied the situation by having the the cabinet maker come out and fix any problem that I had with any of the cabinets.
